St. Peters, Missouri State Qualifier

The report on St. Peters BMX State Qualifier starts out like this. The drive down there was excellent except for a little (2 miles) construction detours. The weather was hot and humid there on Sunday. It was almost as hot as the action on the track! The place was jam packed full of people. They had an old school bike show, old school swap meet, multiple vendors selling jerseys, shirts. parts, fantastic BBQ, concession that had almost anything you wanted, and then you had little old 685 Designs and their loaded mobile shirtopia! We had an opportunity to talk to old friends and meet new friends.  It was a pleasure talking to Reese (and her Mom). It was also nice to meet a new team in @purpleheartracing. They were extremely cool! With all this action they only could achieve 39 motos. There was a slight break in the action to attend to an injured rider. Halfway thought the mains is when we decided to pack it up and head home. The drive home was a congestion of thousands of people wanting to get some where but only willing to drive 70 miles an hour. Overall, 685 Designs had a wonderful time at St. Peters BMX and we are always look forward to their hospitality.
